FAQ

The most common items we're seeing are family heirlooms such as rings, pendants and bracelets that, while sentimental, are not for the wearer.

That having been said, the sky is the limit! We have also restored unexpected items such as turning a porcelain plate into earrings, or a commemorative coin into a pendant.

It depends on several factors, most importantly:

  • The design & workmanship required
  • The cost of materials - if your existing piece contains sufficient precious metals and/or gemstones. At times we will need to supplement these with additional materials which will add to the cost.

We accept all 'genuine' metals such as gold, silver, titanium and bronze in your existing piece, however it depends on how
