My work is about understated elegance in minimal, perfect/imperfect shapes and forms. Finding balance in line, space, movement and composition, my process is akin to puzzle making.
As a Japanese/Australian maker residing in Los Angeles, I am inspired by the essence of each unique region I have lived, by referencing the various materials and techniques.
